Pricing

This is the currency of KorticalChat. You can mix and match to suit your needs, for example:

• 5,000 messages x 1 message credit, or
• 250 million characters of knowledge base x 0.00002 credits per character - enough to ingest the Encyclopedia Britannica.

You may have less chats and a large website to scrape monthly, or more chats and smaller website to scrape. This credits system lets you have that flexibility for your needs.

For each tier, we will add on credits to cover the embeddings. For example, for Starter we will add 80 credits per month to cover the 4 million character embeddings so you will have 5,080 in total, to be how you need.

ChatGPT 3.5 = 1 message credit per message

ChatGPT 4 omni = 5 message credits per message - this suits most AI chatbots and custom chatbots the best, with a balance of speed and smarts

ChatGPT 4 turbo = 10 message credits per message

ChatGPT 4 = 20 message credits per message

To ensure uninterrupted service, if you exceed your message credits, we'll automatically add 50% of your plan's credits at 50% of your monthly fee e.g. if you are paying £50 pm and day 20 you run out, we will add 2,500 message credits for £25.

If you need more we will do that again until your monthly plan is renewed at the start of the month. This covers you for spikes in usage.

If you don't want to automatically add more credits each month you can email us to disable that option.

There are two ways you can customize what a bot will learn. Let's assume you want a bot to just learn about the products on your website but nothing else.

Approach 1: Add URL

When you add a URL, the bot will add all URLs below that base path. So if your site had a product section under the base url named /products/, you would pass "www.petzparadice.com/products/", and the bot would crawl all items under this, e.g. "www.petzparadice.com/products/item_1", "www.petzparadice.com/products/item_2" and so on. This would mean the bot will not find anything above or adjacent to the /products/ section. For example "www.petzparadice.com/meet-the-team/" would not be included.

Approach 2: Exclude URL

You can pass a list of all URLs you do not want to be included. So you could simply add the base URL "www.petzparadice.com/" and manually exclude all pages which you don't want the bot to know about, e.g. "www.petzparadice.com/meet-the-team/".

Depending on how your site is structured, approach 1 or 2 or a combination might be the best approach.

A bot identity characterizes the personality you give your bot. It might also be searching over a different knowledge base, defined by the URLs you pass it. For example, you might want the bot on the sales side of your website to act differently to the bot on the support side.

OpenAI's API usage policy states that it will NOT use that data for retraining and will delete the queries after 30 days.
